Who Picks Up Trash in Suwannee County?

When does trash pickup actually start?
First routes run this fall. We're not going to name a day we can't hit. What we will tell you is how the order gets decided: we build the routes off the sign-up list, roads with the most homes first. When your road is close, we call you. If it isn't close, we'll tell you that too, and what it would take. Nothing bills either way until your pickups start.
Is there curbside garbage pickup outside Live Oak city limits?
Not until now. City pickup stops at the city line, and county residents haul their own to a collection site with a solid waste decal. Muckpro Curbside is a private weekly pickup for the homes the city route never reached — same county, same roads, $38 a month with the cart included.
How much does trash pickup cost in Live Oak, FL?

Those towns are all on the first map, along with Live Oak, Dowling Park, Lee, Madison, Mayo, Day, Jasper and White Springs. Which road gets a truck first comes down to how many houses on it sign up, so getting a neighbor or two on the list moves you up.
Do you take recycling?
Not at launch. There is no local recycling market that pays for a second truck and a second cart out here, and we would rather charge you $38 for a service that runs than $55 for one that quietly lands in the same place. Recyclables still go to the county sites for free.
What about furniture, mattresses, and bulk items?
Those don't fit the cart and don't ride the weekly truck. That's a roll-off dumpster or our junk removal crew — and curbside customers on annual prepay have a $100 credit toward exactly that.
What does it cost?
$38/month for one 95-gallon cart with weekly pickup, $48/month for two, $10/month for each additional cart, and valet service is a $15/month add-on. What is valet service?
You never touch the cart. On pickup day our driver walks up, gets the cart from beside your house or garage, empties it, and puts it back where it was. $15/month per home. The cart needs to be within 150 feet of where the truck can safely park, and any gate unlocked on pickup day.
What's the 150-foot rule?
Valet covers carts staged within 150 feet of the road or wherever the truck can safely park. If your cart sits farther back than that, tell us in the sign-up notes and we'll quote it for your driveway before anything starts.
What about dogs?
We like dogs. Our drivers don't like surprises. On pickup day, keep dogs secured or stage the cart where the driver can reach it without entering a fence. If a loose dog keeps the driver out, that pickup gets skipped, so put the dog up and everybody stays friends.
Can I overfill the cart?
The lid needs to close. All trash goes inside the cart, bagged, with the lid shut, and loose bags stacked beside it don't ride on the standard plan. If you're regularly over, that's exactly what the second cart at $10/month is for, and it's cheaper than any per-bag fee we could invent.
What can go in the cart?
Bagged household garbage only. No construction or demolition debris, shingles, concrete, dirt, yard waste piles, paint, chemicals, tires, batteries, hot ashes, or liquids. Remodeling or a big cleanout? That's what our roll-off dumpsters are for, and curbside customers get a $100 credit toward one with annual prepay.
Does signing up commit me to anything?
No. It's a sign-up list, not a contract. Nothing bills until service actually starts at your address, we'll contact you before anything begins, and you can say "not for us" right up to the first pickup.
