The 40-yard is the biggest can on the road — built for volume. TPO tear-offs, commercial cleanouts, and demolition debris that would take three trips in anything smaller go out in one pull.
Great for
- Large demolition projects
- TPO roof tear-offs
- Bulky, lightweight materials such as insulation
- Commercial cleanouts
- Multi-unit renovations
Dimensions & capacity
The 40-yard measures 22' L × 7.5' W × 8' H and holds 40 cubic yards of debris. Like every Muckpro can, it has rear swing doors so you can walk debris in with a dolly or wheelbarrow instead of lifting it over the side.
Loading tips
Honest note: the 8-foot sides make hand-loading tough for homeowners — this can is happiest with machine loading or the rear swing doors and a ramp of debris. If you're loading by hand, tell us; a 30-yard or two smaller cans is often the better call.
Weight guidance
Includes 2.5 tons of household debris; additional weight is $95 per ton. The 40 shines with bulky, lightweight material — insulation, TPO membrane, packaging — where you max out volume long before weight.
